Returns and Refund Policy

• Every endeavor will be made to ensure item/s arrive promptly and safely to your door.
• Winning bidders are asked to carefully inspect item/s to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchase prior to using.
• Any problems should be communicated to me no later than 7 days after receiving item/s.
• Once the item/s have been hit, soiled or used, a refund or exchange will not be possible.
• If for any acceptable reason item/s are to be returned, it is to be at the buyer's expense.
• Any refunds will be determined after item/s have been returned in a safe, unused and undamaged condition, with all included accessories, if any.

Bid Retractions and Cancellations

• Bids made in error WILL NOT be retracted, please do NOT ask.
• In the event that you purchase an item either via auction or the Buy It Now process and then request to cancel the transaction a cancellation charge will be incurred, which will cover re-listing fees, viewing/sale time lost, relisting time, time spent corresponding with purchasers, and time spent recoverring selling fees.  The cancellation charge is set at 10% of item selling price with a minimum charge of $10.
• The safety of your account and how it is used is YOUR responsibility.
• Transactions will not be cancelled until this charge is paid.
• In light of the above please ask any questions you may have prior to bidding. There is no such thing as a Dumb Question !!!
