This is
a
nice
old
fellow.
He
is
blowing
a
whistle
and
I
think
the
ball
is
supposed
to
move
from
hand
to
hand.
I
have
tried
him
with
batteries
but
couldn't
get
him
working.
I
am not
sure
why
as
everything
seems
intact. There
is very
little
surface
rust
where
the
batteries
go
and
he seems
to
be
in
pretty
good
condition.
Marked
on
the
bottom
made
in
Japan.
Rubber
head
and
plastic
hands
with
old
tin
plate
body.
Measures
11"
high.
