Within 24 hours upon the completion of the auction an invoice will be sent out to the winning bidder. All communication to the winning bidder will be conducted via email. It is therefore essential that any winning bidder ensures that their email address listed with eBay is correct, functioning and will accept emails from us.

We only accept the following methods of payment:

	PayPal	Accepts all major Credit Cards, instantaneous transactions. NOTE PayPal e-cheques (payment from your bank acc) take between 5-7 days to clear.

GST is inclusive in the final purchase price for Australian purchasers. Tax invoices will be provided on request, simply email the sales team at customerservice@pcnauctions.com.au and they will happily provide one for you.

The successful highest bidder must:
(i) Complete the sale transaction within 5 days from the end of the auction.
(ii) Pay for all delivery, insurance and handling charges as stated in the below postage section of the item description.

Items will be dispatched to our courier service within 24 hours of full cleared payment having been received.

Set shipping rates are outlined in the following table; the rate you pay is determined by the postcode that you live in. It is essential that you ensure that the registered address and contact number in your account is correct. If no contact number is provided you will need to advise the sales department of one straight away, delays in dispatch will occur without this information.

The courier service will contact you on this number to arrange a suitable day for delivery between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday; someone must be in attendance to receive the goods. If you have a particular request such as time specific, after hours or weekend delivery this can be arranged but the courier will charge an additional fee for this service. Redirection charges apply if the delivery address for the consignment is changed after dispatch.

We understand that sometimes it is difficult to ensure that someone will be at home to accept the delivery. If this is the case consider changing the delivery address to your work (prior to dispatch) or provide an authority to leave. The courier service cannot arrange a time specific delivery for the standard rates.

Our courier service cannot ship to PO Boxes, dispatch will not occur until an alternate postal address is specified.

Pick-up is not available for this item.

All goods are dispatched from Melbourne; please allow up to 15 working days for delivery; however our super quick courier service will usually deliver items within 3-5 days.

Insurance: PCN Auctions is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods as a result of the delivery if no insurance is taken out on the item. Therefore we highly recommend for piece of mind that insurance is taken out to cover for any loss or damage that may be incurred. For full coverage simply add $5.00 to the final value and communicate your intention to the sales team during the check-out process.

Delivery Address: The item will be sent to the address registered in the winning buyers account. If this is not the address that you wish to have the item sent to you need to notify the sales team before the item is dispatched. Any change to the delivery address once the item has been dispatched incurs a $30.00 additional charge.
