It's
incedible
what
pharmacology
has
been
discovered,
and
how
science
has
opened
up
to
us
a
whole
new
world
of
what
plants
are
really
like.
Apart
from
healing,
many
are
actually
social,
and
it
has
been
proven
they
can
hear
and
react
to
sounds.
I
just
read
a
novel,
the
characters
in
the
book
were
at
this
time
in
the
18th
Century,
and
a
young
man
spoke
to
his
aunt
who
was
out
in
the
wood
gathering
plants
for
medicinal
purposes,
he
commented
picking
plants
by
moonlight
auntie,
aren't
you
scared
they'll
label
you
a
witch.
She
went
on
to
explain,
that
the
particular
plant
she
was
picking
had
it's
medicinal
qualities
stronger
of
a
night
time,
because
the
sticky
serum
they
gave
out
was
freshest
and
strongest
then
to
stop
the
night
moths
laying
eggs
on
them
and
eating
them,
and
that
sticky
serum
was
the
part
of
the
plant
that
could
be
made
into
medicine.
It
didn't
make
as
much
during
the
day
because
it
didn't
need
to
protect
itself
from
the
moths
of
a
daytime.
Interesting,
culture
our
plant
life,
we
take
it
too
much
for
granted.
