If
they
haven't
ticked
the
box
saying
they
have
sent
it
then
ask
them.
I
would
have
asked
after
7
working
days
as
they
may
have
forgotten
it.
Did
they
notify
you
when
they
got
your
payment?

I
dont
think
its
rude
to
ask,
you
need
to
know
and
they
need
to
know,
just
incase
the
item
is
lost
and
then
the
seller
can
try
to
locate
by
contacting
Auspost.

Personally
I
think
its
rude
that
the
seller
cant
tick
a
box
and
let
you
know
its
been
posted
nor
do
they
answer
your
messages
when
you
ask.
Just
my
personal
experience
of
late.

Re

If
you
don't
ask,
the
seller
may
presume
you
have
received,
so
if
it
lost
it
may
be
too
late
to

not.
Contact

Definately
email
&
ask.
If
its
coming
from
WA
orSA
,and
as
you
are
in
Qld,
it
could
delay
the
postage,
but
you
should
still
be
notified
when
its
posted,
just
common
courtesy.

Thanks
for
your
replies.
I thought
it
may
take
a
while
longer
because
of
the
state
it's
being
posted
from,
but
not
this
long
:)
I'll
just
send
a
polite
email
as
suggested
to
find
out
if
it's
been
posted.
Thanks
again
:-)

Perhaps
your
PP
payment
went
through
as
an
echeque
which
takes
5-10
days
to
clear,
so
that
could
be
the
reason
for
the
delay.
Definately
ask
the
seller.

Hi
ttlg,
it
wasn't
you
:)
All
good
though,
I
held
off
messaging
the
seller
as
I
wanted
to
just
wait
another
day...
&
it
has
just
arrived
a
short
time
ago.....
YaY..
so
I
am
glad
that
I
held
off
messaging
:)
Yes,
I
am
a
very
patient
buyer,
I
don't
normally
worry
about
stuff
like
that,
but
just
thought
2
weeks was
a
bit
long
when
I
paid
via
PP
instant
tsfr. But
all
good
in
the
end,
got
my
items
in
perfect
condition,
postage
was
not
overcharged,
&
I
am
one
happy
buyer!

Hi,
I
am
glad
you
got
your
item.
It
amazes
me
how
many
sellers
don't
use
the
system
-
tick
the
sent
box
in
the
invoices
and
use
the
tick
box
down
the
bottom
of
the
page
which
automatically
sends
the
buyer
the
email
saying
item
sent
when
updating
the
page.
Saves
all
the
time/hassle
(whichever
way
you see
it) of
sending
messages
and
keeps
the
buyer
in
the
loop
and
not
wondering
what's
happening.
Cheers
Jo
