Re-Do
Invoice-
No.2
|
As I
mentioned
in
my
first
thread
about
this,
I
have
the
new
invoice
with
all
of
my
items
combined.
But
before
this
I
received
a
message
with
the
following
for
all
the
items
I
had
won-
Your
seller
has
informed
OZtion
that
you
have
both
reached
a
mutual
agreement
to
cancel
the
sale
for
the
following
item.
I
would
think
that
your
seller
thought
she
was
Mutually
Cancelling
an
invoice,
rather
than
the
sale
I've
never
heard
of
a
mutual
agreement
to
cancel
an
invoice???
ej-
If
you
had
clicked
on
checkout
for
one
item,
you
would
have
found
that
all
items
purchased from
the
seller
were
included
....
No,
I
went
to
go
through
check-out
after
I
had
won
everything
and
found
that
the
first
item
I
won
wasn't
listed
on
this
invoice,
so
I
bailed
out..,
to
wait
and
see
if
a
new
invoice
was
going
to
be
sent.
**When
I
actually
made the
bid
on
the
first
item,
the
auction
was
ending
in
a matter
of
minutes..
After I
made
that
bid
I
went
to
check
out the
sellers
other
items
to
see
if
I
wanted
anything else
and
I
did,
so
I
placed a
bid
on
another
item.
As
it
was
after
10pm,
I
realised
I
had
to
do
some
chores
around
the
house,
but
I
came
back
on
Oztion
around
12.30am
to
have
another
look
at
this
sellers
items
and
to
my
surprise,
I
noticed
that
the
seller
had
already
sent
an
invoice,,
So
that's
when
I
sent
a
message
telling
the
seller
I
had
placed
another
bid
on
something
else,
I
normally
do
inform
the
seller
if
I
have
placed
more
bids,
but
I
wasn't
given
much
of
a
chance.
But
if
the
seller
knew
that
I
had
won
one
of
their
items,
they
would
have
known
that
I
had
placed
a
bid
on
another
only
minutes
later.
I
asked
the
seller
if
she
wanted
me
to
go
ahead
with
the
sale
cancellations
and
now
it's
seems
I
have
confused
her...

Why
don't
you
just
email
her
and
give
your
phone
number
and
ask
her
to
call
you
so
that
you
can
sort
it
all
out.
I
sometimes
find
it
too
hard
to
explain
clearly
just
using
emails
etc.
Good
luck

But
I
don't
know
what
to
do
now??
The
seller
didn't
know
how
to
combine
the
invoices
in
the
first
place,
until
I
told
her..
But
instead
of
canceling
the
invoices,
she
cancelled
the
sales
!!!

If
she
is
a
new
seller
she
just
might
not
know
her
way
around
how
to
do
things.
Let
her
know
you
still
want
the
items
and
that
you
have
not
finished
your
shopping
yet;
you
will
contact
her
when
you
have
finished
shopping
so
she
can
send
the
invoice.
She's
probably
made
a
mistake
cancelling
and
doesn't
know
what
to
do
about
it
now.
If
the
cancelation
has
to
go
through
she
can
always
relist
it
for
you
and
then
not
be
so
trigger
happy
on
the
invoicing.

It's
all
cool
now......
With
the
sale
cancellation,
I
just
clicked
the
-
NO,
I'm
going
to
pay
(button)
The
seller
got
a
bit
confused
and
hit
cancel
the
sale
instead
of
cancelling
the
invoice...
Well
at
least
the
seller
now
knows
how
to
combine
items
for
future invoicing....
Phew,
glad
it's
all
sorted
now....

Glad
you
got
it
sorted.
I
noticed
that
the
seller
had
already
sent
an
invoice,,
That
is
why one
item wasn't
on
the list at
checkout.
It
can
be
a
little
daunting
for
a
new
seller
...
saying
"click
cancel"
can
lead
to
unexpected
results
...
Great
that
you
have
been
able
to
help
another
seller
learn
how
the
system
works
....
