Help Getting Money back from seller who blocked me
Hi all,

I have just received a neg from a seller who i paid over 2 weeks ago and still dont have my item. They have also blocked me so icant contact them. Any ideas on what i can do>
This site is really hard to find links etc

 Contact admin as you cant even file an item not rec if they have filed an item  not paid for.Exchange contact details perhaps ph them

Have you checked the payment has not been returned to your a/c, as you have 3 similar non payment comments, you only need to get a number wrong and payment is rejected. Marian

How, did you pay, if you paid by bank deposit, have you checked to see if the funds were returned due to a typo
If you paid by paypal, can you check to see if the transaction is complete.
It may or may not be the seller as blocked you, it might be the fact that you have 3 negs from 3 different sellers, which if done after lodging NPB's disputes, will restrict your access

Ive had problems with a seller recently. I know that because they are so deceitful i will never get my money back. I do hope that your situation works out ;0)

Hi shaunshell I have been trying to contact you regarding your item and you have never responded. Please email me. You have never responded and I had no choice but to lodge an unpaid item. Please let me know when you paid and I will try and track it down. Until I recieve and identify your paymnet I cannot send items that is standard

hi vintagebliss,you cannot tell a buyer to pay in 3 days and to pay by bank deposit even tho you have the paypal logo displayed and you say paypal for overseas buyers only

The big problem about whinging about seller's in the fora.

They may read what you write.

It has been several weeks since you purchased the item.  Your paymnet has not been received via bank depsoit, paypal or any other way.  I emailed you you have never responded.  I have done nothing wrong.  as any seller would  I opened a dispute.  You still did not respond.  I closed the dispute.  I did not stop your account the fact that you have a history of unpaid items speaks for itself.   I clearly state bank deposit as the preferred option.  I am a fair and resonable seller and buyer had you responded we could have organised something. As a seller i have every right to have a preferred payment option which I am happy to negotiate with resonable people if it does not suit.   If you insist you have paid please advise when and how  - you can post it here.  If I can locate your payment I will post your item and remove the unpaid item.  If you have not paid lets just put a finish to this now and stop this carry on.

vintage bliss.... if you display the paypal logo, you HAVE TO accept paypal payments from all buyers. Sure, you can say what you 'prefer' but the buyer is not obligated to use that payment method.

Not attacking you, just to be clear :-) just stating the rules in case you misunderstood them.
