the

has
not
been
returned
to
your
a/c,
as
you
have
3
similar
non
payment
comments,
you
only
need
to
get
a
number
wrong
and
payment
is
rejected.

did
you
pay,
if
you
paid
by
bank
deposit,
have
you
checked
to
see
if
the
funds
were
returned
due
to
a
typo
If
you
paid
by
paypal,
can
you
check
to
see
if
the
transaction
is
complete.
It
may
or
may
not
be
the
seller
as
blocked
you,
it
might
be
the
fact
that
you
have
3
negs
from
3
different
sellers,
which
if
done
after
lodging
NPB's
disputes,
will
restrict
your
access

problems
with
a
seller
recently.
I
know
that
because
they
are
so
deceitful
i
will
never
get
my
money
back.

been
received

bank
depsoit,
paypal
or
any
other
way.
I
emailed
you
you
have
never
responded.
I

done
nothing
wrong.
as
any
seller
would
I
opened
a
dispute.
You
still
did
not
respond.
I
closed
the
dispute.
I
did
not
stop
your
account
the
fact
that
you
have
a
history
of
unpaid
items
speaks
for
itself.
I
clearly
state
bank
deposit
as
the
preferred
option.
I
am
a
fair
and
resonable
seller
and
buyer
had
you
responded
we
could
have
organised
something. As
a
seller
i
have
every
right
to
have
a
preferred
payment
option
which
I
am
happy
to
negotiate
with
resonable
people
if
it
does
not
suit.
If
you
insist
you
have
paid
please
advise
when
and
how
-
you
can
post
it
here.
If
I
can
locate
your
payment
I
will
post
your
item
and
remove
the
unpaid
item.
If
you
have
not
paid
lets
just
put
a
finish
to

if
you
display
the
paypal
logo,
you
HAVE
TO
accept
paypal
payments
from
all
buyers.
Sure,
you
can
say
what
you
'prefer'
but
the
buyer
is
not
obligated
to
use
that
payment
method.
Not
attacking
you,
just
to
be
clear
:-)
just
stating
the
rules
in
case
you
misunderstood
them.
