I
agree,it
sure
was
a
ripoff.
One
good
thing
i
can
say
about
Telstra
is,
when
i
went
back
to
hospital
with
an
infection
following
knee
surgery,my
sister
called
Telstra
to
see
if
they
would
do
anything
about
my
phone
&
internet
account.
I
was
in
hospital
for
5
weeks
&
Telstra
gave
me
1
month
free.
This
amounted
to
$109.00.

Glad
I
haven't
been
with
telstra
for
the
last
6
years,
still
doesn't
stop
their
Indian
telemarketers
ringing
our
shop
daily
trying
to
lure
us
back
every
day
at
the
same
time.

So
in
other
words
Telstra
agreed
to
charge
you
$436
for
the
time
you
wouldn't
be
using
their
services
instead
of
$545?
Gee
that's
nice
of
them!
Personally
I'd
be
kind
of
pee'd
off.

Well,
I
think
it
was
good
of
Telstra
to
knock
off
$109
from
Heather's
account.
I
mean
they
supply
the
service
and
it's
up
to
Heather
on
whether
or
not
she
uses
it.
I
applaud
them
for
that.
Sure
it
wasn't
her
fault
she
couldn't
use
their
services
during
that
time,
but
it's
not
Telstra's
fault
either.
Same
for
the
bloke
who
admits
making
a
mistake,
apologising
for
it
and
rectifying
it.
He
made
a
bad
mistake
and
learnt
from
it.
Good
for
him!
If
everybody
who
made
mistakes
did
that
things
would
be
more
pleasant
all
round.
