Dice
finely,
a
large
red
onion,
Cook
your
potato's
leave
the
skin,
on
new
potatos
are
ideal
or
reds.
cut
into
chunks,
mix
sour
cream
(or
greek
yoghurt)
and
a
dash
of
grain
mustard
and
fold
potatos
and
onion
through,
sprinkle
with
parsley.
You
can
use
mayo
instead
of
sour
cream,
but
sour
cream
is
much
nicer.

I
went
to
my
sister
in
laws
for
a
party
and
she
made
the
yummiest
potatoe
salad
I
have
ever
tasted.
I
never
asked
her
for
the
recipe
but
if
you
have
any
idea
how
to
cook
it
wouldn't
be
hard
to
figure
out
the
taste.
She
roasted
some
small
potatoes
that
were
cut
in
quarters
she
fryed
some
bacon
cut
into
strips
and
a
red
onion
cut
into
rings
then
cut
the
rings
in
half.
the
sauce
was
your
basic
mustard,
sour
cream
,
galic
and
anything
else
you
fancy.
Easy
yet
yummy.

Instead
of
cutting
up
bacon,
I
buy
100g
of
bacon
bits,
they
take
30
seconds
to
brown
in
the
pan
and
I
mix
that
through.

in
my
potatoe
salald
I
add
a
little
stock
powder
to
my
mayo
mix,
veg
or
chicken,
some
dried
onion
chives,
if
your
mayo
is
a
bit
on
the
suck
in
the
cheeks
side,
I
add
a
teaspoon
of
sugar,
fine
chopped
onion,
mix
your
mayo
bit
up
while
you
are
boiling
your
potatoes
so
it
can
sit
for
a
while.
I
let
my
potatoes
go
ice
cold
before
adding
the
mayo
as
it
seems
you
need
less
mayo
and
it
stays
creamier.
Sliced
Egg
over
the
top
for
dressing
and
bacon
is
yummy
as
well.
I
have
never
tried
it
with
mustard
or
cornrelish
so
I
will
next
time,
specially
now
it
is
getting
warmer
Hubby
prefers
ppotatoes
salad
to
boiled
ones
and
it
is
easy
enough
to
make
up....
I
also
like
it
when
some
potatoes
stay
whole
and
firmish
but
some
go
mushy
:0)

the

for
this

children
will

and
it
doesn't

bite
like
the
normal
mustards,
a
little
sweeter
in
flavour
actually.

We
use
boiled

with

pruscitto
or
cooked
bacon,
boiled
eggs,
mayo,
mustard
and
dill.
(Aldi
had
these

of

mustard
that
go
great
in
potatoe
salad
with
mayo.)

Ive
never
made
this
potato
salad
but
have
had
it
at
a
conferene
I
went
to
the
other
week
and
it
was
so
nice
Ive
never
made
The
basic
potato
salad
is
a
German
recipe:
Boil
750gm
firm
cooking
potatoes
in
their
skin,
drain
and
peel
while
still
hot
(use
rubber
gloves),
slice
when
luke-warm
and
pour
over
250ml
hot
beef
or
vegetable
stock.
Let
sit
for
a
while,
then
drain.
Add
a
small
chopped
onion,
salt
&
pepper.
Prepare
a
dressing
from
3Tbsp
Oil,
about
4Tbsp
Wine
vinegar
and
a
good
tbsp
chopped
herbs.
Rest
for
1-2
hours.
That's
the
basic
recipe.
You
can
then
add
to
taste:
Mayonaise,
chopped
parsley,
chives,
finely
diced
pickles,
chopped
egg,
chopped
bacon
or
ham,
finely
sliced
sausage
-
whatever
takes
your
fancy
