Please buy only if you are going to pay for it. Buyer must make contact within 3 days and transaction must be completed within 7 days otherwise I have to leave bad feedback.

Payment:

We prefer direct bank deposit but also accept money order, bank cheque and Paypal. Fund must be cleared before goods is released.

Postage and Handling:

Postage and handling is $6 flat for Australian residents. Due to rise in cost express post only offer on request, please Email me to find out exact cost.

Local pickup may incur a $2 service fee.

Buyer to pay postage and packaging. Additional insurance is highly recommended for item over $60.

Warranty and return:

All sales are final we do not refund if you changed your mind. We will only refund if we can not repair or replace faulty items. Postage is not refundable.

All items on auction/sale are covered with a return to base warranty as stated in the auction description. All warranty claims must be made before warranty period ends. All warranty return must send back in original packaging. If item returned found to be working without any faults, a $40 service charge is payable plus return postage. Customer pay for all return postage.

Warranty period starts from the despatch date.

Warranty only cover faulty components or workmanship and do not cover misuse, abuse, power surge or physical damages.

Whilst all care are taken we can not guarantee 100% compatibility. We will help to resolve any technical issues but will not refund if item not compatible with your system.
