Beautiful home, would you do vendor finance? We are trying to sell our 3 blocks of land at the moment once they sell we will have some money. When we find a house we will then put ours up for sale. we have 4 small children so being close to schools is good.

can you tell me what the water availability is like in Dimboola - and the main rd that passes - is this no longer a major road? And the pool - I had a look on owner.com - obviously needs a major clean - is it salt or chlorine? Are the pumps and filters in place and working? And finally what is the major industry that supports the town?

Hi,   Just wondering what sort of work oportunitys are there? Is there are tourist market at all? Hubby and I are looking for a country change for us and our family. I work in the arts/framing/photography and hubby has many skills from bar and restuarant to warehousing and logistics. Also what are the schools reputations like.
