Rhead,
Crown
Ducal, 198
shape
Vase
decorated
in pattern
(#
6569)
circa
1940s.
The vase
stands
18.2cm. (7
1/4 inches)
high
The
decoration
features
a coloured
tube
line
design.
On
the underside
is
the Crown
Ducal
factory
mark
with
the
hand
written
pattern
number
as
shown
in
the
photograph.
This
style
of
mark
is
known
as
AGR3
and
was
in
use
post
1940.
The
piece
is
in
excellent
original
condition
with
no
chips,
cracks
or
repairs
and
the
decoration
remains
bright
and
vibrant.
Note:
On
the
top
inside
rim,
there
is
a
spot
of
paint
from
the
manufacturing
process
which
has
been
oven
fired
and
can
not
be
removed
(see
photo)
