Hi,

am
just
about
to
start
on
some
needle
felting
and
was
wondering
if
the
acrylic
felt
still
works
the
same
as
the
wool
felt?

Hi
Libby
I
have
only
used
wool
rovings
for
needle
felting
and
wet
felting.
When
I
did
the
class
we
did
needle
felting
onto
muslin
and
then
wet
felted
it
-
see
item
no
4768579.
We
did
it
on
a
large
piece
of
foam
rubber
and
used
the
6
needle
thingy.
I
don't
see
why
it
wouldn't
work
on
the
acrylic
felt
as
you
would
be
using
it
as
a
base.
If
you
can
give
me
till
Sunday
I
will
have
a
go
with
acrylic
base
and
wool.
Synthetic/
acrylic
yarn
doesn't
needle
felt
very
well
and
does
not
wet
felt.
What
are
you
planning
to
make/do?
I
needle
felted
small
teddy
bears,
a
Santa
with
tree
and
bag
of
goodies
and
other
small
animals.
I'm
off
to
Stitches
and
Craft
Show
in
Brisbane
tomorrow.
If
I
get
time
in
the
morning
I
will
check
if
you
have
answered.
There
might
be
someone
felting
as
there
was
last
year.
