are
$95pw.
This
includes
garbage
removal
and
maintenance
of
the
large
lawn
next
to
this
house.
The
power
is
read
monthly,
and
my
usual
summer
bill
is
$35pw,
winter
$45pw.
The
water
is
read
every
3
months,
and
us
usually
$15,
mostly
due
to
the
hundreds
of
plants
that
I
have
here.
