Here I have a pair of brand new boardshorts. These shorts can be worn by a boy or girl. They are a size 10 and they have a half elastic waist band.
There is one back pocket. They are black in color with white stripe down the leg and a white waistband.

Answer:
Hi M, There is no stretch in this fabric as the material is polyester. The waist measurements when lying down is 28cms. The tag states heght 140cms, cyest 72cms, waist 64cms,hip 74cms. Hopes this helps. Thanks. Fredsuedaryl.
