All

my

are
sold
in
good
faith
and
in
good,
second-hand
condition,
unless
otherwise
stated
as
new.
If
there
are
any
significant
flaws,
I
will
itemise
them.
Some
new
items
may
be
shop
surplus
or
stock
overruns
and
as
such,
may
have
passed
through
many
hands
before
they
reach
me.
Though
rare,
as
a
result,
there
may
be
minor
soiling
or
defects
incurred
during
storage,
transit
and
handling.
Minor
soiling
should
come
out
in
the
first
wash.
If
I
detect
any
other
problem
it
will
certainly
be
mentioned,
but
I'm
only
human
and
may
miss
something
from
time
to
time
unintentionally.
Good
communication
can
usually
resolve
all
issues. I
consider
refunds/exchanges
on
a
discretionary
case
by
case
basis,
but
realistically
cannot
refund
incurred
postage
costs.
I
will
always
do
the
right
thing
where
I
am
in
error. I
am
friendly,
fair
and
reasonable,
so
if
you
are
unhappy
for
any
reason,
please
get
in
touch
so
we
can
work
out
a
resolution
prior
to
leaving
negative
feedback.
