Please be aware this is a 60 HZ motor (ex US) and will run quite warm under maximum load so a thyristor fitted into the winding would be a good idea. If the motor is under light or irregular loading this will not be a problem.
This motor although drip/splash proof is not suitable outside unless covered from the rain.
