2. Contact must be made within 5 days of auction finish and payment within 7 days. I will not hesitate to start an unpaid item dispute on the 8th day if I have not had a response from you.
3. If you wish to ask a question about the item for sale, please do so before bidding.
4. I accept; Bank deposit, money order, Cash on pick-up and Pay Pal. When paying by bank deposit, please leave either your Oztion ID or the item number as a reference. This will help me to identify your payment and you will get your item quicker.
5. I mainly use recycled packaging material for larger items, and smaller items are either posted in large envelopes (with adequate packaging) or the Australia post satchels.
A small handling fee is usually added and rounded up to the next 50 c. E.g. $5.10 becomes $5.50. Registered and Express mail are available, at an additional cost upon request, please advise of this after winning auction if it is required. I am happy to combine postage for items ending within a 7-day period of each other or as otherwise pre-arranged.
Overseas items and all items in value over $50 will be sent registered post, to protect both you and I.
Final postage costs will be advised at end of Auction.
6. If postage costs are not specified in an auction, it means that the postage price will vary according to your location, so please ask for a postage cost prior to bidding, that way there are no surprises when you win.
7. Zero feedback buyers are welcome to bid, BUT again if you do not intend to pay then please do not waste my time. If you do not understand the bidding/paying process, then please ask and I will happily help you out.
8. Refunds will only be offered if item is not as described, I am human and although every effort is made to provide an accurate description, I may make a mistake. Refunds will not be offered due to item being wrong size, as measurements are provided in description, so please double check them.
9. If you are un-happy or dissatisfied in any way with your items, please email me with your concerns before leaving feedback. Most problems can be sorted out easily with communication.
