Decor or Collector’s item this is a flower sprayer made of brass or bronze  

It does require repair if it is to be used which would be to solder up the fine split in the tank, re-solder the sprayer to base of pump and solder on the pump and pipe to the lid.

 

Made in Hong Kong No 305 written on base
