I
was
told
not
to
clean
these
up
as
they
were
hand
sculpted
and
poured
in
the
white
clay
by
hand
using
very
primitive
equipment.
There
are
still
small
bits
of
the
clay
imbedded
in
the
fine
crevices
that
indicates
the
authenticity
of
these
solid
brass
items
as
they
are
not
signed.
Much
sought
after
I
was
told
these
are
quite
a
collector’s
item
so
I
am
not
going
to
split
them
up,
I
am
not
sure
the
exact
region
of
Africa
these
come
from
so
if
there
is
someone
out
there
who
knows
please
let
me
know.

Somewhat
taller
at
just
over
40cm
and
weighing
in
at
455
grams
he
is
holding
what
I
believe
to
be
a
message
stick
in
his
left
hand
and
looking
forward
with
a
proud
look
on
his
face
·
“WOMAN”
Quite
a
bit
shorter
carrying
water
pitcher
considering
she
is
also
standing
on
a
3cm
section
at
just
under
35cm
and
weighing
in
at
450
grams
