The bike will arrive in a 5 ply cardboard bike box. It will require minimal assembly. For safety reasons, warranty and to ensure you get the most out of your Odin bike, please we recommend that you have a professional bike mechanic assemble your new bike and tune your gears and brakes.

This item is covered by a 30 Day Guarantee and a 6 Month Australia Wide Parts Warranty. BIGshop will replace or repair your product at our cost (including shipping to and from your address) if it is found to be "dead on arrival" (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect within 30 days from the date of dispatch. BIGshop will also provide a parts only warranty and recommend a service agent within 6 months of the date of dispatch. After the warranty period parts can be supplied at cost and a service agent recommended. For peace of mind shipping insurance is included in the shipping price of all our items. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item so that we can organise a replace for you.
