This
Royal Albert cup
and
saucer
is
an
unnamed
pattern
(though
I
believe
I
have
seen
it
with
a
name
somewhere),
and
it
has cream
and
beige
flowers
with
blue
centres
on
a glossy
burgundy
background.
The
pattern
is
all
over
the
saucer
and
on
all
of
the
cup
except
for
the
foot.
It's
in
excellent
condition
with
no
chips,
cracks,
crazing
or
pattern
wear,
though
there's
a
tiny
bit
of
white
showing
around
the
edge
of
the
background
next
to
the
gilt
trim
(top
front
of
cup
and
a
couple
of
small
places
on
saucer)
-
these
are
very
minor
but
mentioned
for
accuracy.
The
gilt
trim
is
in
superb
condition
and
has
no
wear
except
for
on
the
cup
handle.
The duo
is
the
standard
size
in
the countess shape
and
the
cup
is 6.8
cms
tall
and 8.5
cms
across
the
top
opening;
the
saucer
measures 14.2
cms
across.
The
backstamp
is
the
same
on both
pieces, with
a
crown
and
then "Royal
Albert,
Bone
China,
England".
This
backstamp
was
used
from
1945
until
they
started
using
the
floral
backstamps.
Postage
will
be
at
actual
cost.
Registered
mail
is
available
for
an
extra
$2.80
if
required.
