Sensational
lot
of
four
different
vintage
retro bottles.
First
up
is
a
German
made
Liebfraumilch
"Black
Tower"
stoneware
cork
stoppered
wine
bottle.
This
one
comes
with
two
almost
complete
(I
estimate
atleast
95%)
original
paper
labels,
with
all
the
information
about
the
content.
Stands
approximately
272
mm
in
height.
Bottle
itself
is
in
very
good
condition,
with
no
chips
cracks
or
other
damage.
The
paper
label
is
also
in
very
good
condition,
with
just
a
small
portion
of
the
label
near
shoulder
missing.
Fantastic,
unusual
and
collectable
wine
for
a
retro
collection
or
display.
Second
is
a
stunning
deep
emerald
green
wine.
This
one
has
a
ring
seal
top
with
a
grape
pattern
embossed
around
the
shoulder.
Base
embossed
"Brevettato
riccadona".
A
nice
example
in
very
good
condition,
with
no
chips
or
cracks
and
just
some
minor
surface
scratching.
Stands
approximately
290
mm
in
hieght.
A
very
retro
number!
Third
is
a
very
eye
catching
tall
emerald
green
brandy.
Cork
stoppered
with
"Orlando
(?)
brandy"
embossed
in
script
across
the
front.
It
stands
approximately
350
mm
in
height.
With
no
chips
or
cracks
and
a
lovely
glossy
presentation,
it
is
in
near
mint
condition.
Could
do
with
a
better
clean
though.
Gorgeous,
eye
catching
colour
and
unusual
style.
Fourth
and
last
is
a
whisky
with
original
paper
label.
Bottle
is amber
in
colour, with
its
complete,
original
paper
label,
which
reads
"Corio
Special
extra
fine
old
whisky.
1
pint
6
fl
oz.
The
United
Distillers
Pty
Ltd
Melbourne,
Australia." Also
embossed
on
the
rear
"This
bottle
is
the
property
of
the
Distillers
Corporation
Pty
Ltd."
Stands
approximately
243
mm.
In
near
mint
condition,
with
no
chips,
cracks
or
other
damage
to
the
bottle
and
just
a
slight
dark
mark
running
down
one
side
of
the
label.
Great
and
rare
find
to
get
a
paper
label
in
this
condition.
In
all
a
very groovy
collection for
the
retro
decor!
