years

experimenting
at
home,
Victoria
Blackadder
entered
the
Women's
Weekly
'Best
Cook
in
Australia'
competitions
and
won
the
title
in
1981.
Her
success
led
to
the
establishment
of
the
ABC's
weekly
Wednesday
cookery
program
on
6WF,
"Victoria's
Kitchen".
In
this
program
all
aspects
of
cooking,
nutrition,
food
preparation
and
presentation
were
shown.
A
softcover
with
160
pages,
this
book
has
bumps
to
the
corners
and
edges,
light
creasing
on
the
front
cover,
and
printed
to
the
bottom
outside
edges
of
the
pages
are
the
words
'NEW
Cook
Book'
Inside,
the
book
is
unmarked,
with
no
writing,
folds
or
tears
to
the
pages.
The
spine
is
tight,
the
pages
are
bright
and
clean.
This
book
weighs
461
grams
before
packaging.
As
many
of
the
books
I
am
listing
are
vintage
books,
they
may
have
bumps
to
the
corners
and
edges,
finger
marks,
age
spots,
or
some
small
tears.
But
there
will
be
no
missing
pages.
