 Description
Ladies Formal wear light crossover jacket/top by "Noel Wells"  Melbourne.    It is a size 16.  The material has that slightly coarse linen feel and look (but made of polyester).   The top has 8 buttons on the front and a pocket each side.  The tag reads :- to fit  Bust  -  95cm,   Waist  -  75cm and  Hip  - 100cm.    It is in very good condition.
