Here we have a gorgeous lady's sterling silver ring with an orange/red CZ stone. The ring is a size:7(17mm in diameter) and is stamped/hallmarked on the inside of the band for authenticity. If your not sure of your ring size find a ring that fits your finger comfortably and measure from one inside edge to the other inside edge and this will give you the diameter in mm's.
