Up for auction is a vintage bangle consisting of four(two 2x2 and two 2x3 mm)
18 carats solid gold rings each 70 mm in diameter weighing altogether 23 grams
(17 grams pure gold)hinged to which in an 18 carats solid gold setting
is a 1x40 mm 22 carats solid gold 1915 Austrian Ducat weighing 24 grams
(23 grams pure gold),depicting the Austrian Emperor Francis Joseph I,and
the Austrian Coat of Arms on the reverse.Please note:The total weight of
this piece of jewellery is 47 grams with the hinge,probably weighing 1-2 grams,
being not gold but a jewellers alloy.Hence pure gold content of this piece
of jewellery would approximately be 37 grams.
