properties

uses

weakness
and
fatigue.
- Stimulating
for
the
mind,
good
for
mental
fatigue,
apathy
and
cynicism.
Helpful
for
states
of
disorientation

the
tendency

It
blends
well
with peppermint,
naiouli,
geranium,
lavender,
rose.
Contra-indications:
How
to
use:

drops
on
a
tissue
and
inhale
- 5
drops
in
15mls
of
carrier
oil
for
massage
- 5-7
drops
to
20mls
of
carrier
oil
or
milk
for
an
aromatic
bath
- 3-5
drops
in
an
oil
burner
for
an
air
freshener
