a
penetrating,
camphoraceous
aroma. It
has
many
properties
and
uses
including:
- Clearing
congestion
from
lungs
and
speeding
recovery
from
colds.
- Useful
for
general
stiffness,
sore
muscles,
&
rheumatism.
- Can
be
used
in
the
treatment
of
acne,
skin
inflammations
and
oily
skin.
- Camphor
has
a
balancing
effect,
dispels
apathy
and
daydreaming.
Lessens
strong
sexual
urges.
It
blends
well
with
basil,
cajeput,
chamomile,
lavender
&
rosemary.
Contra-indications:
- Use
in
low
dilutions.
- This
oil
is
considered
to
be
a
hazardous
oil
and
should
only
be
used
by
a
professional.
How
to
use:
- 2-3
drops
on
a
tissue
and
inhale
- 5
drops
in
15mls
of
carrier
oil
for
massage
- 5-7
drops
to
20mls
of
carrier
oil
or
milk
for
an
aromatic
bath
- 3-5
drops
in
an
oil
burner
for
an
air
freshener
