properties

general
muscular
aches
and
pains,
and
sprains.
- Helps
to
clear
skin
eruptions
like
shingles,
herpes,
wounds,
ulcer
and
burns.
- An
excellent
expectorant,
especially
for
infections
higher
in
the
chest.
Also
good
for
colds,
flu
and
coughs.
- Relieves
melancholy,
revives
the
spirit
and
restores
vitality
and
positve
outlooks.

blends
well
with peppermint,
naiouli,
geranium,
lavender,

juniperberry,

tissue
and
inhale

drops
in
15mls
of
carrier
oil
for
massage

20mls

or
milk
for

bath

in

burner
for
an
air
freshener
