aroma. It
has
many
properties
and
uses
including:
- Cleansing
action
clears
toxins
from
the
body;
diuretic
action
helps
with
water
retention.
- Treatment
of
cellulite.
- Energizes,
comforts
and
enlivens
the
mind;
induces
a
sense
of
courage,
caution
and
calmness.
It
blends
well
with
geranium,
lavender,
rose,
rosemary,
lemon,
sandalwood.
Contra-indications:
- Do
not
use
during
pregnancy.
- Do
not
use
on
children.
- Do
not
use
if
suffering
from
epilepsy.
- Do
not
use
if
suffering
from
diabetes.
- Use
in
low
dilutions
to
avoid
irritation.
How
to
use:
- 2-3
drops
on
a
tissue
and
inhale
- 5
drops
in
15mls
of
carrier
oil
for
massage
- 5-7
drops
to
20mls
of
carrier
oil
or
milk
for
an
aromatic
bath
- 3-5
drops
in
an
oil
burner
for
an
air
freshener
