ginger
aroma. It
has
many
properties
and
uses
including:
- An
expectorant
useful
for
flu,
or
congested
sinuses.
- Helpful
for
travel
sickness.
- Increase
blood
flow
to
the
limbs
- warms
the
emotions,
sharpens
the
senses
and
aids
the
memory.
It
blends
well
with
eucalyptus,
frankincense,
geranium,
rosemary,
sandalwood,
vetiver,
patchouli,
rosewood,
cedarwood,
coriander,
and
rose.

Contra-indications:
- Avoid
prior
to
UV
light
exposure.
- Use
in
low
dilutions
to
avoid
sensitivity.
How
to
use:
- 2-3
drops
on
a
tissue
and
inhale
- 5
drops
in
15mls
of
carrier
oil
for
massage
- 5-7
drops
to
20mls
of
carrier
oil
or
milk
for
an
aromatic
bath
- 3-5
drops
in
an
oil
burner
for
an
air
freshener
