cut
and
sewn
by
me.

The
outer
layer
is
PUL
(waterproof
material)and
the
lining
is
soft
flannelette.
The
inner
core
is
4
layers
of
thirsty
toweling.
The
back
and
legs
are
elasticized
to
keep
in
the
yucky
bits
and
velcro
or
snaps
(your
choise)
is
used
for
easy
fastening.
Very
easy
to
use.
No
cover
needed.
