Once payment has been confirmed, your item will be sent out within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email of the date of postage within 24hrs of dispatch and supplied with an online courier tracking number. Please allow up to 7 business days for your item to arrive, but on average items are received within 3-6 business days. *Note: Courier requires a signature on delivery. If no one is at home at the time of delivery a card will be left in your letter box with instructions for you to follow to either arrange pickup from the courier's office or a delivery time

• All of our products come with a 12 month warranty commencing from the date of dispatch.

• Our supplier stipulates that less than 1% of their products are subject to any warranty or quality issue.

• In the unlikely event there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unusable during the 12 months after dispatch, we will accept a return. The item will either be repaired or replaced.

• In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair or replacement under warranty, including items that are DOA (dead on arrival), your return shipping costs are payable by you. Resend shipping costs will be at the expense of the seller.

• Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software - invalidates the warranty.

• Please note: Replacement/repair under warranty, including items that are DOA, may take between 1-2 months. Refunds can take up to a 7 business days to process.
