THIS IS VERY SOFT , LIKE A UNDER BLANKET TO GIVE BUB EXTRA SOFTNESS.
IT IS NOT PVC BACKED, I USED ONE ON TOP OF THE PVC PROTECTOR.

EXCELLENT CONDITION, BRAND NEW WITHOUT TAGS
