Shire's
estimated

was
8,546
and
we're

of
any
South
Burnett
Shire
according
to
the
Queensland
State
Government.
Nanango
is
the
second-largest

Burnett

well
as
the

in
Queensland)
and

historical
connections
with
timber-felling,
farming
and
mining.
Nanango

is
preserved
in
its
buildings
-

an
art
gallery,
several
potteries
and

craft
outlets.

has
many
clubs
and

range
of
sporting
facilities
including

and
a
number
of
live
entertainment
venues
