Heavy
little
pressed
glass
pot
with
silver-coloured
metal
lid
&
no
marks
of
identification.
Era
unknown
but
it
looks
like
a
vintage
piece
of
glass
to
me.
Unusual,
a
very
deep
&
bright
turquoise
kind
of
colour.
Has
a
lot
of
sparkle
because
of
the
raised
decoration
on
the
glass
-
curved
lines
with
little
chunky
vertical
lines
to
highlight
the
design
and
these
catch
the
light.
Has
the
daisy
or
flower
design
on
bottom
which
is
a
feature
of
some
old
Australian
glass
but
I
think
I
have
seen
this
on
glass
from
other
countries?
Any
info
welcome.
Thick
walled
&
has
a
chunky
look,
The
lid
came
with
the
pot
but
suspect
that
they
don't
belong
together
as
it
is
modern-looking.
It
sits
on
the
top
of
the
pot
perfectly
but not
tightly
and
so
moves
around
when
pot
is
picked
up. If
it's
nothing
to
do
with
the
pot,
then
the
original
lid
is
missing
as
this
piece
has
a
'neck'
so came
with
a
top.
Would
have
many
possible
uses
-
for
ink,
dressing
table,
sugar
bowl,
trinket
pot
etc
or
just
as
a
decorative item
as
it
is
a
lovely
piece
of
glass with
a
truly
magical
colour,
especially
of
course
near
light
where
it
really
sparkles
and
looks
two-toned
blue.
Stands
7cms
high
with/without
lid
and
measures
almost
32cms
around
widest
part.
No
chips
or
cracks
but
some
small
manufacturing
bubbles
&
no
scratches.
Lid
has
some
fine
scratches.
Combined
post
offered.
