This soft felt type
(it's texture  is soft on both sides, kind of soft like a flannel but the thickness of felt)
is brand new, as received by me from outlet.

It is cream in color.
Great for quilting....
I'm not a quilter myself, but previous customers have purchased it form me for this purpose to use as a very thin wadding.

One customer said: " I love the stuff, I am currently using it my table runners...ie..it is very similar to the Pelon but not as stiff, pins and needles slide very easy through it, and shouldn't be any probs with hand quilting."

It is very nice and soft..
