Size Medium (fit small busted size 16 see measurements for your fit)
This item can be worn as a short summer dress or long top
It is sheer Chiffon (100% polyester)
so needs a slip underneath or leggings
 
It has a black background with green turquoise and blue
beautiful peacock type print.
The bust and top of the long sleeves are quite fitting
Velvet trimming at elbow so the lower sleeves are puffed
It has an elasticated waist so you can pull it up or wear it low
Brass buttons on front, Round neck.
