approx.
just
under
6+5/8ins
in
diameter
(across),
this
stunning
old
DUCHESS
ROSES
PLATE,
is
a
squarish
shape
with
beautifully
curved
edges
with
a
gold
rim
trim.
It
has
a
main
floral
display
on
one
side,
a
medium
spray
on
the
opposite
side
and
2
smaller
sprays
on
the
other
sides.
The
details
on
the
base
read
: DUCHESS
BONE
CHINA
MADE
IN
ENGLAND along
with
3
gold
strokes. This
gorgeous
ROSES
PLATE
is
a
wonderful
display
piece
and
would
suit
any
olde
world,
country
or
shabby
chic
decor.
With
NO
apparent
chips
or
cracks,
it
is
in
lovely
condition,
especially
for
its
age,
although
there
is
some
general
wear
due
to
use,
and
a
few
marks
and
minor
underside
imperfections,
but
these
are
from
production
and
quite
common
to
china
of
this
age.
There
is
some
minor
rub
to
the
gold
trim
around
the
edge,
while
the
central
ring
also
has
some
rub
in
some
places
-
see
pics.
I
am
especially
over
critical
of
my
special
treasures,
trying
to
note
as
many
details
as
possible
-
as
I
know
how
important
even
minor
details
are
for
