 Description
Greetings & Welcome!
For your consideration is a West German Pottery Maker Scheurich Keramik; Medium sized & quite hefty drip glazed jug, Urn, or Ewer Vase. All is very retro modern in brown & tan tones with a foamy drip glaze to the outside. The outer is more matte than the inner high gloss brown glaze. You could use this as a pitcher, vase, or just as a decorative piece. Designed to carry water & be used. Estimated fluid capacity around 600ml or more.

This is from the collection of my elderly Father. An unused cabinet piece in excellent condition. Please view my pictures of the actual item as part of my description. Picture 3 is of the embossed backstamp which states West Germany 601-16. All is in excellent condition. No faults to mention. No chips, crazing, cracks or other marks. A rare & collectable piece that would look good in a contemporary modern retro setting - Dad is downsizing.

My approximate measurements for this item are: 16cm high x 8cm base measure across the bottom. 12.5cm across top, pouring lip to handle edge. Weight around 550g totally unpacked.

Quoted Postage is as a carefully boxed handwrapped parcel with appropriate inner packaging for cheapest possible Australia wide postage. Please note that this item & similar listings are Estate Items. They are not new. I will describe any faults to the best of my ability, being very picky as to accuracy in descriptions. Please view my other listings, as I do combine post & have many more vintage items. International postage will cost more.

Postage instructions:
All items are carefully packed in appropriate packaging & sent at the cheapest possible safe postage cost. I do combine post to save you money & post ASAP. Metro Melbourne (& some Vic) postage is often cheaper than the stated post cost for large or heavy items. Postage stated within my listings is for Australian customers only. Registered Postage within Australia is available at a cost of $2.80 extra per parcel.
As a generalisation; If a large & heavy item can fit into a 5kg Express Post satchel; Then the most Australian customers would need to pay for postage is $18.50 & any costs associated with packaging.

International bidders are welcomed, but please contact for a postal estimate prior to bidding - Parcel postage from Australia isn't cheap. I always welcome any questions & reply promptly!
