Greetings & Welcome!
For your consideration is a Carlton Ware small sized cream or sauce jug with matching underplate in the Cabbage Leaf pattern. Colour is a lovely soft green.

This is from the collection of my elderly Father who is downsizing. It has been regularly used over the years on the Christmas table & has otherwise lived in a cabinet.

Please view my pictures of the actual items as part of my description. Picture 3 is of the black backstamps which state: Carlton Ware Made In England "Trademark" Registered Australian Design Registration Applied For. Both items bear the same wording.

All is in tidy & good condition for age. Faults to mention are allover crazing & stains to crazing (As clearly seen in Picture 2). No chips or cracks, & still nice & shiny.
An antique dealer friend tells me that the items will look as good as new after a soak in Steradent denture tablets; But I'm not sure I'd be confident enough to try this; So will leave it to the successful buyer!

My approximate measurements for this item are: Jug 4.5cm high x 6cm base measure across the bottom. 14cm across top, pouring lip to handle edge. Under Plate: 14cm long x 10cm wide. Weight 200g exactly, totally unpacked.

Quoted Postage is as a carefully boxed handwrapped parcel with appropriate inner packaging for cheapest possible Australia wide postage. Please note that this item & similar listings are Estate Items. They are not new. I will describe any faults to the best of my ability, being very picky as to accuracy in descriptions.
