apartments
with
the
sleeping
capacity
per
room
ranging
between
2
to
8
people.
Resort
facilities
include
a
9
hole
golf
course,
indoor
heated
pools,
spa,
sauna,
gymnasium,
bikes,
tennis
and
half
court
tennis,
squash
and
racquet
ball
and
many
other
facilities.
How
To
Buy
As
the
Resort
is
fully
sold
out,
timeshare
intervals
can
only
be
purchased
from
an
existing
owner.
Types
of
Ownership
Floating
weeks
have
the
flexibility
of
the
week
being
taken
at
other
times
of
the
year
and
are
related
to
the
member?s
type
of
unit
but
are
not
specific
to
a
particular
room.
