I try to keep postage costs low for your benefit - the postage costs include all materials and stationery and the actual cost of postage. I do not charge a handling fee.

All items are posted within 24 hours of payment unless a public holiday or weekend - Overseas delivery CAN TAKE MUCH LONGER - please be patient.

Registered post is strongly recommended , particularly the higher value items - it is mandatory on items of $50.00 value or more and on combined orders over $50.00.

I cannot replace items lost in the post , however will do everything necessary to assist in locating item. If the item cannot be located I will endeavor to seek compensation from Australia Post and refund your purchase. Please appreciate this process can take up to 2 months. We keep seperate records on all sales including all postage details.

please use the following scale for postage on multiple wins :-

1 to 6 coins = $2.00

7 to 9 coins = $2.50

mint sets = $3.00

crowns or similar size coins $2.50

10 + coins or heavy items - please contact me either before auction ends or at close.

registered add $2.80 to total after you have calculated postage.

I grade according to my experience - 30 + years of collecting. It is based on the old ACGS standard.
I stress , however that the grades are my opinion only and if you are not satisfied with the item ( s ) please contact me for an amicable solution first - i, like all sellers / buyers value my feedback.
