Return/Refund policy:

Unless registered and insured postage is used, no responsibility is taken for lost/damaged deliveries.

If phone develops a fault within 2 weeks of delivery, buyer must email seller. If unresolvable, buyer must return the phone to the seller at buyers expense. If phone cannot be repaired and if there is no evidence of abuse, a refund will be issued to buyer. If phone can be repaired it will be returned to buyer at buyers expense - without refund. No exceptions.
