How
do
I
import
items

Turbo
Lister

and
ensure
ALL
fields
are
selected
(see
screenshot
2).
- Save
the
file
to
a
location
on
your
computer.

- Follow
the
instructions
to
select
and
import
the
file
you
saved
in

- You
will
be
presented
with
a
screen
to
enter
details
(Postage
etc)
that
cannot
be
collected
from
Turbo
Lister.
These
values
will
then
be
applied
to
all
the
items
you
are
about
to
import.
- You
will
need
to
select
the
appropriate
OZtion
categories
for
your
imported
items
before
uploading.
You
can
update
multiple
items
at
the
same
time
by
selecting
multiple
items
and
then
choose
Bulk
Edit
from
the
Action
list.
How
can
I
edit
multiple
items
at
the
same
time?
- Select
the
items
you
want
to
Edit
and
click
Action
>
Bulk
Edit
or
right
click
and
select
Bulk
Edit,
the
'Edit
Multiple
Items'
screen
opens.
- Drag/select
items
and
move
them
from
the
All
Items
window
to
the
Selected
Items
To
Edit
window.
- Choose
the
settings
you
want
to
apply
to
the
selected
items
(category,
postage
etc).
- Click
Apply.
Why
can't
I
sign
in?
Please
view
the
following
possible
causes
of
sign
in
problems.
- Your
computer
needs
to
be
connected
to
the
internet
the
first
time
you
use
Express
Lister.
- Have
you
registered
you
User
ID
for
use
with
Express
Lister?
See
Multiple
Seller
Accounts
- Make
sure
your
User
ID
and
password
is
typed
correctly
(they
are
case
sensitive).
- Make
sure
your
firewall
or
other
software
is
not
blocking
Express
Lister
from
the
internet.
Express
Lister
is
not
working
on
my
computer,
why?
Please
view
the
following
possible
causes.
- Please
see
the
Minimum
System
Requirements
to
make
sure
your
computer
is
compatible.
- Downloading
Express
Lister
with
compression
software
can
corrupt
the
files.
- Try
uninstalling
Express
Lister
and
restarting
your
computer
and
then
reinstalling
it
again.
- ISP
Compression
software
Some
ISPs
may
use
site
compression
software
to
serve
their
users
in
order
to
save
their
bandwidth.
This
may
interrupt
the
data
transmission
between
our
server
and
Express
Lister.
Please
check
with
your
ISP
for
a
solution.
Why
can't
I
see
my
items
on
OZtion?
Express
Lister
said
they
were
uploaded.
There
are
a
few
reasons
for
this.
- Items
were
imported
in
to
Express
Lister
with
the
wrong
category.
Please
edit
the
category
in
Express
Lister
before
uploading.
- Schedule
time
vs.
Start
time.
Items
will
be
listed
at
the
correct
OZtion
scheduled
time
(OZtion
Time).
- Server
was
busy
or
in
maintenance
during
the
upload.
Why
can't
I
import
pictures
that
are
hosted
online,
into
Express
Lister
from
Turbo
Lister?
There
are
a
few
reasons
for
this.
- Server
not
Found.
This
will
occur
when
Express
Lister
tries
to
download
a
pic
from
a
source
that
no
longer
exists.
Check
the
pic
source.
- Turbo
Lister
creates
a
different
Pic
URL
in
the
PicURL
column
in
the
CSV
export
file.
Check
the
URL
is
correct.
What
are
the
costs
to
use
Express
Lister?
An
upload
fee
of
$0.06
per
listing
is
charged
when
you
upload
listings
via
Express
Lister.
Promotional
feature
fees
and
Classified
listings
fees
are
the
same
as
when
listing
online.
I
downloaded
the
first
Express
Lister
2
beta
release,
how
do
I
update
it?
You
can
download
and
install
the
latest
version
of
Express
Lister.
You
will
need
to
uninstall
your
current
version
of
Express
Lister
first.
Note:
Your
data
will
not
be
removed
when
you
uninstall
Express
Lister.

If
you
change
the
default
installation
folder
when
installing
Express
Lister
(either
previous
or
current
version),
Express
Lister
will
not
be
able
to
read
the
data
from
the
previous
installation
folder.
How
can
I
update
my
version
of
Express
Lister?
If
you
have
version
2.0
you
will
need
to
download
the
full
version,
see
above.
To
find

what

>

from
the
menu
bar.
If
you
have
version
2.01
or
later
you
can
use
the
Express
Lister
Updater.
How
do
I
match
eBay's
categories
to
OZtion's
categories?
After
you
import
items
from
Turbo
Lister
you
will
prompted
to
match
categories.
The
eBay
to
OZtion
category
matching
screen
allows
you
to
click
on
each
eBay
category
and
select
the
relevant
OZtion
category.
Most
categories
will
be
automatically
matched
and
you
will
only
need
to
confirm
the
matches
are
correct.
Note
1:
Some
eBay
categories
may
not
be
found,
this
is
due
to
importing
items
with
invalid
eBay
categories
(out-of-date)
from
Turbo
Lister.
You
can
get
around
this
by
ensuring
your
Turbo
Lister
is
up-to-date
and
all
items
have
the
latest
category
before
exporting
the
items.
The
quickest
way
to
find
invalid
categories
in
Turbo
Lister
(after
you
have
updated
the
program)
is
to
Edit
the
first
item
and
click
the
Next
Item
arrow
and
go
through
all
items
to
see
which
categories
are
invalid
(a
warning
will
show).
Note
2:
If
you
still
see
invalid
eBay
categories
in
Express
Lister's
matching
screen,
you
will
not
be
able
to
edit
them,
please
press
the
'Confirm'
button
and
edit
the
category
in
the
Edit
Item
window
afterwards.
