Making and Receiving Offers

What is Make An Offer?

If a seller chooses to accept offers and lists an item with a BuyNowBuyNow price, the listing will display a Make An OfferMake An Offer button. Buyers can use Make An Offer to submit an offer price to a seller. Once an offer is submitted, the seller will be notified and they can either accept or decline the offer.

  • Offers expire after 72 hours or when the listing ends, whichever comes first.
  • The offer price does not include postage, buyers will need to check postage costs first.
  • Buyers can increase their overall offer price (Offer Price * Qty), but cannot lower it.
  • There is minimum offer threshold of 40% of the BuyNow price.
  • If the seller accepts an offer, the buyer will instantly win the item.
  • If the seller declines the offer, the buyer will be notified by email. The buyer can choose to increase the offer, once per item.
  • If an item has offers from multiple buyers, the seller can choose which offer to accept. Other offers will be automatically declined.
  • If an item with an offer is purchased using BuyNow or receives a bid, all offers will be declined.

Make An Offer for Buyers

Note: Your offer does not include postage, please check the item description for postage costs.
  • You can revise your offer price once. The new offer price has to have a higher overall offer total (Offer Price * Qty). You can revise it by using Make An Offer again on the item page, or from My Offers.
