What
is
Make
An
Offer?
If
a
seller
chooses
to
accept
offers
and
lists
an
item
with
a
BuyNow
price,
the
listing
will
display
a
Make
An
Offer
button.
Buyers
can
use
Make
An
Offer
to
submit
an
offer
price
to
a
seller.
Once
an
offer
is
submitted,
the
seller
will
be
notified
and
they
can
either
accept
or
decline
the
offer.
- Offers
expire
after
72
hours
or
when
the
listing
ends,
whichever
comes
first.
- The
offer
price
does
not
include
postage,
buyers
will
need
to
check
postage
costs
first.
- Buyers
can
increase
their
overall
offer
price
(Offer
Price
*
Qty),
but
cannot
lower
it.
- There
is
minimum
offer
threshold
of
40%
of
the
BuyNow
price.
- If
the
seller
accepts
an
offer,
the
buyer
will
instantly
win
the
item.
- If
the
seller
declines
the
offer,
the
buyer
will
be
notified
by
email.
The
buyer
can
choose
to
increase
the
offer,
once
per
item.
- If
an
item
has
offers
from
multiple
buyers,
the
seller
can
choose
which
offer
to
accept.
Other
offers
will
be
automatically
declined.
- If
an
item
with
an
offer
is
purchased
using
BuyNow
or
receives
a
bid,
all
offers
will
be
declined.
Make
An
Offer
for
Buyers
If
you
want
an
item
but
don't
want
to
pay
the
BuyNow
price
you
can
Make
An
Offer.
- Click
the
Make
An
Offer
button
on
the
item
listing
page.
- Enter
an
offer
price
you
would
like
to
pay
and
the
quantity
you
desire
(if
more
than
1).
You
can
make
2
offers
per
item,
so
try
to
enter
a
price
that
is
likely
to
be
accepted
by
the
seller
and
beat
other
offers.
Minimum
offer
allowed
is
40%
of
the
BuyNow
price.
Note:
Your
offer
does
not
include
postage,
please
check
the
item
description
for
postage
costs.
- You
can
revise
your
offer
price
once.
The
new
offer
price
has
to
have
a
higher
overall
offer
total
(Offer
Price
*
Qty).
You
can
revise
it
by
using
Make
An
Offer
again
on
the
item
page,
or
from
My
Offers.
- Wait
to
see
if
the
seller
accepts
or
declines
your
offer,
if
they
decline
it
you
can
increase
the
offer,
if
they
accept
it
you
will
instantly
win
the
item.
You
can
manage
your
offers
in
My
OZtion
>
My
Buying
>
My
Offers.
Note:
- Offers
cannot
be
withdrawn.
Offers

after

hours

when
the
listing
ends,
whichever
comes

- If
you
make
an
offer
and
the
item
is
later
purchased
using
BuyNow
or
receives
a
bid,
your
offer
will
automatically
be
declined.
You
will
be
notified
by
email
if
this
happens.
- If
you
make
an
offer
on
an
item
that
is
due
to
end
in
less
than
72
hours,
you
and
the
seller
will
be
notified
of
how
many
hours
or
minutes
the
offer
is
valid
for.
If
the
seller
is
unable
to
respond
before
the
offer
expires,
you
can
make
another
offer
if
the
item
is
relisted.
Many
items
are
Auto-Relisted,
so
it's
worth
checking,
and
making
another
offer.
Managing
your
offers
in
My
Offers
- Viewing
offers
-
Go
to
My
OZtion
>
My
Buying
>
My
Offers
to
see
a
list
of
offers
you
have
made.
You
can
filter
your
offers
by
status
(Accepted,
Pending,
Declined
or
Expired).
- Declined
offers
-
Automatically
declined
offers
show
why
it
was
declined,
it
may
have
been
automatically
declined
if
the
item
received
a
bid
or
was
purchased
using
BuyNow.
- Updating
an
offer
-
You
can
update
your
offer
price
if
the
offer
was
declined
by
the
seller
or
is
still
pending.
Note,
you
can
only
make
2
offers
per
item.
- Removing
an
offer
from
your
list
-
You
can
remove
offers
that
have
been
accepted,
declined
or
expired,
but
you
cannot
remove
pending
offers.
Once
you
remove
an
offer
it
will
no
longer
show
in
your
My
Offers
and
cannot
be
reinstated.
Make
An
Offer
for
Sellers
To
have
Make
An
Offer
displayed
on
your
listings
all
you
need
to
do
is
include
a
BuyNow
price
(selling
method
is
'Auction
with
BuyNow'
or
'BuyNow
Only').
You
need
to
list
the
item
as
an
'Auction
with
BuyNow'
or
'BuyNow
Only'
listing
to
include
a
BuyNow
price.
- Buyers
can
use
Make
An
Offer
to
send
you
an
offer.
- Offers
expire
after
72
hours
or
when
the
listing
ends,
whichever
comes
first.
You
can
either
accept
or
decline
the
offer.
- If
you
accept
the
offer
the
buyer
will
instantly
win
the
item
and
be
notified.
Your
OZtion
sale
fee
will
be
calculated
based
on
the
offer
price.
- If
you
decline
the
offer
the
buyer
will
be
notified;
they
can
increase
the
offer
if
they
wish,
once
per
item.
Note:
If
someone
else
places
a
bid
or
uses
BuyNow
to
purchase
the
item,
any
offers
on
that
item
will
be
automatically
declined.

Disabling
Make
An
Offer
If
you
prefer
not
to
receive
offers
you
can
disable
Make
An
Offer
from
within
your
selling
preferences.
Make
An
Offer
is
enabled
by
default.

Offers
- Viewing
offers

to
see
pending
offers
you
have
received.
Click
View
Details
to
see
offers
for
that
item.
Note,
if
you
decline
an
offer
you
will
not
be
able
to
see
it
in
pending
offers
unless
the
buyer
makes
another
offer.
- Who
made
the
offer
-
We
don't
show
the
buyer's
username,
instead
we
show
the
buyer
name
in
the
following
format:
Buyer#
(Buyer1,
Buyer2
and
so
on).
You
can
use
this
information
to
determine
if
you
have
received
offers
on
multiple
items
from
the
same
buyer
and
use
this
to
assess
if
you
would
accept
the
combined
offer
total,
work
out
combined
postage
etc.
- Accepting
an
offer

Choose
'Accept
Offer'
from
the
action
box
next
to
the
offer
you
want
to
accept.
The
buyer
will
instantly
win
the
item
and
be
notified
by
email.
- Declining
an
offer
-
Choose
'Decline
Offer'
from
the
action
box
next
to
the
offer
you
want
to
decline.
The
buyer
will
be
notified
by
email
that
the
offer
was
declined.
You
also
have
the
option
of
sharing
with
the
buyer,
an
offer
price
you
would
be
willing
to
accept.
- Block
-
You
can
block
a
buyer
from
sending
you
offers,
this
will
decline
all
pending
offers,
prevent
the
buyer
from
sending
you
further
offers
and
add
the
buyer
to
your
Blocked
Users
List.
