Underbidder
Offer
An
Underbidder
Offer
allows
you
to
offer
an
item
to
one
or
more
non-winning
bidders.
The
offer
allows
the
underbidder
to
purchase
the
item
with
a
BuyNow
price
that
is
equal
to
the
maximum
bid
they
placed.
If
you
have
sufficient
stock
or
the
winning
bidder
did
not
pay
you,
you
can
send
an
Underbidder
Offer
to
one
or
more
of
your
underbidders.
You
must
have
sufficient
stock
-
Ensure
you
have
enough
items
available
before
sending
an
Underbidder
Offer.
Examples
of
when
you
would
send
an
Underbidder
Offer
are:
- The
winning
bidder
did
not
pay
you.
- You
have
more
stock
available
than
is
currently
listed.
Note:
the
remaining
quantity
is
relisted
on
OZtion
after
the
winning
bidder
completes
Checkout,
so
ensure
you
have
more
than
what
will
be
relisted
automatically.
To
send
an
Underbidder
Offer
- Go
to
your
Sold
items
list.
-
Select
'Send
an
Underbidder
Offer'
from
the
Action
drop
down
list.
-
Select
the
underbidders
you
want
to
send
the
offers
to
and
enter
the
Quantity
available
to
each
under
bidder.
- Click
the
'Send
Offer'
button.
The
underbidder
will
receive
an
email
outlining
your
offer.
You
will
receive
a
copy
of
the
email
for
your
records.
Duration
of
an
Underbidder
Offer
The
offer
will
expire
in
exactly
3
days
after
it
is
sent
(72
hours).
When
the
buyer
accepts
the
offer:
The
item
can
be
purchased
with
a
BuyNow
price
equal
to
the
underbidder's
maximum
bid.
The
underbidder
will
then
proceed
to
checkout
and
complete
the
purchase
as
normal.
