state,
postcode
and
email
address
so
they
can
work
out
the
Total
Due
and
send
you
an
invoice.

to
Proceed
to
Checkout

send
an
email
to
the
seller
if
you
want
to
provide
further
information.
For
example:
Your
full
address,
insurance
required,
payment
method
etc.
Contacting
the
seller
Contact
the
seller
and
provide
your
details
either
by
the
Checkout
or
email.
Good
communications
are
important.
Make
sure
you
keep
all
email
communications
between
you
and
the
seller.

payment
Most
sellers
will
state
which
payment
methods
they
accept,
payment
instructions
and
other
relevant
payment
details
within
the
listing.
You
can
notify
the
seller
which
method
of
payment
you
will
use
by
selecting
the
payment
method
in
the
Checkout
or
emailing
the
seller.
Note:
Retain
your
payment/deposit
receipt
as
proof
of
payment.

dispute
against
you

payment

wait

Rate
the
seller
Leave
a
'Rating'
for
the
seller
to
provide
members
with
an
indication
to
how
well
the
transaction
went.
Cancelling
the
sale
If
for
some
reason
you
no
longer
want
to
purchase
the
item
you
won,
please
contact
the
seller
immediately.
Most
sellers
will
understand
that
mistakes
can
happen
and
should
be
willing
to
cancel
the
sale
by
mutual
agreement.
However,
if
the
seller
does
not
want
to
cancel
the
sale,
they
may
report
the
item
as
Unpaid
and
leave
you
an
unsatisfied
rating.
If
you
no
longer
want
to
purchase
the
item
because
you
can't
contact
or
verify
the
seller
or
think
the
seller
is
suspicious,
please
let
us
know.
Underbidder
Offer
If
you
are
the
underbidder,
you
may
still
have
a
chance
to
purchase
the
item
if
the
seller
sends
you
an
'Underbidder
Offer'.
If
you
accept
the
offer,
you
will
be
able
to
purchase
the
item
at
a
BuyNow
price
equal
to
your
maximum
bid
amount.
