About your OZtion account
An account is created when you join. Any fees you incur on OZtion will be deducted from your account.

Sales fees (for sellers) will be deducted from your account when an auction ends successfully or a purchase is made. Promotional fees are deducted from your account when listings are submitted. Other fees for services are deducted from your account when selected. You may need to credit your account prior to selecting some promotional features or services (if you do not have a credit card on file or your account drops below a certain balance).

Credits on your account cannot be used to pay for items you have won or purchased on OZtion, they are for paying OZtion fees and charges only. Credits on your account are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Credit your account
You can credit your account at any time, the minimum credit amount is $1.00.
Credits on your account are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

• Pay by credit card online
  You can pay by credit card online through our secure server. Payments will appear in your account immediately. We only accept Visa, and MasterCard credit cards. Click here to make a credit or payment

AutoBill - if paying by credit card you can set up AutoBill for convenience.
Note: You can only turn AutoBill on or off by making a payment. Select or un-select the AutoBill checkbox when making a credit card payment. The minimum payment amount is $1.

OZtion use 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the safety of your credit card information. Your credit card details are not stored in our database.

• Pay by direct deposit
  You can make a direct deposit at any Commonwealth Bank branch in Australia. Alternatively you may use internet banking. Click here to make a credit or payment

  For over-the-counter payments, request that the bank teller enters the reference immediately.

  Please make the money order or cheque payable to OZtion Pty Ltd and include a remittance advice and send to:

Your OZtion invoice
You will receive an invoice if you have a negative balance of $1.00 or more at 11:59:59 pm on the last day of the month. If your account has a positive balance on the day we process the invoices, you will not receive an invoice. We normally process the invoices on the 1st or 2nd business day of the month.

Invoices are sent by email. You can also view your invoice from the link 'My OZtion Invoices' in 'My OZtion'. You can see invoice details such as Invoice number, Issued date, Due date and Amount.

You can generate monthly GST invoices and activity statement online from within 'My OZtion'.

Close your OZtion account
Credits on your Account made after the 25th February 2008 are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. An administration fee of $5 is payable where a member wishes to close their account and withdraw the balance of credits made on or before the 25th February 2008. The processing fee only applies when a refund is due (balance greater than $5). To close your account, please click here.
